High Lighters
A highlighter is an inexpensive way students with disabilities can take notes. Highlighting is a quick way for students to gather important facts, details, and ideas while reading. Than later refer back to the text to study the information. The act of having to stop reading, to write down little facts can be distracting to some students. This is especially true for students whose hand writing is not their strong point due to weak motor skills. Using highlighters is great way to keep students focus on the reading while collecting important notes. For grades 1 and up.
